Elegant Residences Inc. grew out of a need for remodeling and new construction on speculative real estate ventures. It has since expanded from a one-man operation to a multiple subcontractor- based company. We have since moved into custom remodeling and new construction. 

We have created a reputation for giving personal attention, the highest quality workmanship, clean and organized jobsites and amazingly fast construction schedules. Bunting Construction provides a complete construction service to the customer. It is our belief that we handle all parts associated with the construction process, taking out all the unknown concerns for the owner. We make building a home as easy and worry-free as possible for the owner.
